Pressing basics (quick + easy)

1. Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
2. Press transfer at 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure
3. Let it cool, then peel (we’ll note peel type if your order requires it)
4. Optional: final press 5–10 seconds with parchment/Teflon for a smooth finish

Artwork tips (so your transfers come out flawless)

• Best files: PNG (transparent background), SVG, PDF, or AI
• Upload high-resolution artwork (blurry in = blurry out)

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer depending on the complexity of the design.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected method.
Domestic orders within the US are typically shipped via UPS, with the following options available:
Standard Shipping: 5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1 business days
International shipping options are available for customers outside the US. Please note that shipping times may vary, and customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and pictures of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring a satisfactory solution.
